Voluntary organisations surveyed had incomes between 250,000 GBP and 11million GBP. Response rate approximately 50%.
Preliminary conclusions are that key groups within the sector are embracing technologies - but that significant proportions of the sector are failing to exploit the potential of new ICTs in terms of improving existing practices within the organisation, or
